Silver hoop and bar earrings
I love these silver hoop earrings. I first made a pair of these for myself and had so many comments that I decided to make more for my shop. They are a great statement party earring and I wear them lots.
They are handmade from sterling silver and the hoop part is approximately 1.25 inches (1 and a quarter inch) in diameter. I have made 3 lengths of silver that are linked and swing freely to the bottom of the hoop, 2 are 1.75 inches long and the third, in the centre, is just over 2 inches long.
The overall drop of the earrings is 3.5 inches from earring post to the tip of the dangly lengths.
I have forged the end of the hoop to prevent the lengths sliding off.
**NB When the earrings are not being worn and the butterfly is removed the lengths can slide off over the earring post, but not when the earrings are being worn**
These earrings have a full British Hallmark and are sent in a Jewellery box and gift bag ready for gift giving.
